4 non-alcoholic cocktails that can not be missed this Spring
Whether you believe in Spring fever or not, we bring you these 4 delicious non-alcoholic cocktails ;). You will not notice it!
1- Shirley Temple.
Baptized to honour the young cinema actress and later American Diplomat Shirley Temple.
INGREDIENTS:
- 35 grams of grenadine.
- 14 grams of squeezed lemon juice.
- 14 grams of squeezed lime juice.
- Ice Tech ice.
- 85 grams of soda.
- 2 marraschino cherries.
Add grenadine in a tall glass, together with some lemon juice and lime juice. Stir it with a cocktail spoon until everything is combined.
Then, add some Ice Tech ice and some soda until is filled.
Finally, decorate it with marraschino cherries.
2- Roy Rogers.
With beer or without it, this cocktail is spectacular.
INGREDIENTS:
- Ice Tech ice.
- 225 grams of glue.
- 14 grams of grenadine.
- 2 marraschino cherries.
Add the soda and the grenadine in a long glass with lots of Ice Tech ice, stir it with a cocktail spoon and decorate it with cherries. Easy and simple.
3- Little Pink Pearl.
INGREDIENTS:
- 56 grams of squeezed red grapefruit juice.
- 28 grams of squeezed lime juice.
- 14 grams of almond syrup or horchata.
- Ice Tech ice.
- 1 thin slice of red grapefruit.
Cool the cocktail glass in the fridge. Add the grapefruit juice, the lime juice and the syrup in the cocktail shaker and fill it halfway with Ice Tech ice. Shake it and serve it. Garnish it with a small slice of grapefruit and enjoy it!
4- Peach Melba.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 granulated sugar cup.
- 1/2 cup of water.
- 1/2 ripe peach (80 grams or so).
- 85 grams of raspberries.
- 1/2 bunch of fresh thyme (30 twigs with cut ends).
- 1/2 litre of soda.
- Ice Tech ice.
Boil the water and the sugar in a saucepan until it dissolves. Let it cool down. Cut half peach into 4 thick slices and add to the above mixture. Refrigerate it for 4 hours.
Once cool, pass the mixture through a colander, filling half of a bowl and extracting the peach. Add half of the raspberries and half of the thyme.
Grind the raspberries until they release the juice. The resulting syrup is passed through a sieve by pressing it with a spatula. Add the soda and stir it.
Serve it in a wide glass with lots of Ice Tech ice and decorate it with the rest of the thyme and the raspberries.
