Ice Tech Cocktails: Sex on the beach

Its origin.

This cocktail dates from the Wonderful 80’s, when a bartender from the United States, trying and trying, created this cocktail in order to win a contest. Not only did he win, but he also achieved the highest sales rates for one of the most famous liquors of the moment: the peach schnapps.

As it could not be otherwise, this cocktail became popular. Little by little, all the people in the United States were asking for this cocky cocktail. Hence its different varieties.

Sex on the beach: How is it prepared?

From Ice Tech we tell you one of the infinite recipes that you can find. Nonetheless, ours has something special. Do you want to know what it is?

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz of vodka.
• 3/4 oz of peach schnapps (peach liqueur / peaches).
• 1 1/2 oz of natural orange juice.
• 1 1/2 ounces of cranberry juice.
• Ice Tech Ice.
• Collins glass.
• 2 straws.
• 1 slice of orange (or lemon) to decorate.
• 1 red cherry to decorate.

Preparation

First, in a Collins glass, pour some extra Ice Tech Ice. Pour the vodka, the peach schnapps, the orange juice and the blueberries. With a bar spoon stir it gently for 10 seconds. Add a couple of straws and decorate your drink with a slice of fresh orange on the edge. And if you want a more sensual touch, decorate it with a red cherry.
