From Piazza to Piazza.
Starting from the Piazza dei Miracoli to the Piazza Dante Alighier passing by the Piazza dei Cavalieri. The first of them forms a World Heritage Site, so you can imagine how incredible it is. It is one of the most visited monuments of the city, along with the leaning tower, of course. A little further from the centre, you will find the Piazza dei Cavalieri, formed by two magnificent palaces: The Anziani and the Orologio; and also the Santo Stefano dei Cavalieri Church. The one that you cannot miss, is the Piazza Dante Alighieri, where you can find the Sapienza, where the Faculty of Law and the Library of the Pisa University are located.

Long live to leaning monuments!
Due to its marshy terrain, buildings may become unstable. The tower of Pisa is not the only inclined one, but the most famous one. The famous case of the Duomo as well as the Baptistery, and the bell towers of the Chiesa di San Nicola and the Chiesa di San Michele degli Scalzi, are also affected by this.
