Ingredients:
- 50 ml of cold coffee liquor.
- 2 tablespoons of whipping cream or milk cream.
- Cocoa sifted powder.
- Ice Tech ice cubes.
Preparation:
In a shaker put lots of Ice Tech ice and cold coffee liquor. Shake it well in order to make the coffee even colder, but don’t let the ice melt. Then, in a cocktail glass, pour the mixture and carefully pour, with the help of the back of a spoon, the whipping cream or the milk cream. It should remain floating on the surface of the coffee liquor, making a separate layer. Finally, sprinkle cocoa powder sieved and ready. You can serve it with truffles or chocolates to complete the dessert.
