How to cook the best pizza in the world?

Everyone identifies pizza with our beloved Italy. It is one of the most consumed dishes in the world and we all know that is delicious. Ice Tech would like to boast of Italian origin and we are going to tell you where to find the best one in the world…

It is of common knowledge that Neapolitans invented the pizza. There is a legend that says that the first pizza came out from the oven of Restaurante Brandi (Via Sant’Anna di Palazzo, 2), which is still open. The best way to check it is by visiting the city and enjoying all the pizza you can… 😉

Perhaps the Neapolitan pizza is so famous for the quality of its ingredients. They have all been grown right there in the fields of fertile volcanic soil.

In order to start, we should know how a perfect Neapolitan pizza has to be. Let’s see if you agree with us:

  • It should be crunchy and thin.
  • Never exceed 9 millimetres thick.
  • It must have a slightly bitter taste, in which we should slightly perceive the taste of yeast.
  • Tomatoes must be very mature; they should fall apart when entering the oven.
  • Finally, mozzarella. Here is where, according to experts, there are doubts. Some pizza makers think that the best mozzarella for preparing pizza is the mozzarella de buffala, while others say it is the fior di latte, less consistent and therefore it better melts in the oven.
  • Do not forget a big and very cool glass of Coke, with Ice Tech ice.

COME FARE LA MIGLIOR PIZZA DEL MONDO

You should know that there are only two classic pizzas, the original ones, without many ingredients: marinara (tomato, oregano, garlic and olive oil) and margherita(tomato, basil, mozzarella and vegetable oil).
