Blackberry Bourbon Smash
Whiskey and fruit mojito lovers, today you are in luck! We want to present the perfect combination of your favourite drinks, the Blackberry Bourbon Smash.
Bourbon or American whiskey is the first distilled whiskey made from corn. It is a drink characterized by being aromatic and caramelized, very used to make the already well-known “Smash”, a drink which is very similar to the mojito.

Ingredients:
- 56 gr of Bourbon.
- 42 gr of syrup.
- 28 gr of lemon juice.
- 10 blackberries.
- Mint springs.
- Ice Tech Ice cubes.
Preparation:
The first step will be to put a few mint springs and blackberries in a shaker and shake them for a few seconds in order to impregnate its aroma and flavour. Then, pour the rest of the ingredients: Bourbon, syrup, lemon juice and Ice Tech ice. Cover the shaker and shake everything very well. When finished, pick up a rock glass, better known as a glass on the rocks, fill it with Ice Tech granulated ice and pour the mixture into it. Decorate your glass with the mint and blackberries remaining and here you have your Blackberry Bourbon Smash ready to be enjoyed :).
If you don’t like the option of lemon juice, some people choose to pour some type of soda or fizzy drink, such as Sprite or 7Up, to the mix. But be careful if you don’t like sugar, because this will give a sweet touch.
