The importance of ice in beverages has always been underestimated, since the only function of ice was to cool and spoil them with water. Nevertheless, this is not the main reason that makes it so essential. Actually, ice balances and helps reduce the perception of alcohol in the drink. Of course, for that, it is important that the product is added in its right measure and, of course, its quality and pureness, such as the Ice Tech one ;).
Ways to present ice in your cocktail.
- Refreshed. To do this, you need ice cubes, a mixed glass and stir it in circular motions from 6 to 8 seconds. In this case Ice Tech ice must removed and not served in the glass, as they have already done their job.
- Smoothie: Usually used when ingredients are dense and creamy. In this case, the product also has to be in cubes shape, mixing it with energetic movements, short, firm and horizontal, until water is condensed and it can then be removed.
