Valentine's Day: a raspberry cocktail with a chocolate kiss

February 14th is coming, a very important day for all loving couples! Valentine’s Day, the day of lovers or the day of love, is undoubtedly one of the most significant calendar dates, and of course a worthy one to celebrate. So, if you want to surprise your partner and your plan is a romantic one, do not forget a good Ice Tech cocktail to liven up the evening.

A good option is the Raspberry cocktail with chocolate kiss, which perfectly combines the freshness of the raspberry with the sweetness of chocolate, in order to give a special and romantic touch to an unforgettable night.
Ingredients:
• ¼ glass of mint infusion in syrup and leave a little for the edge of the Martini glass
• 3 chocolate cookies (well crushed)
• 10 raspberries
• ¼ glass of vodka
• 2 tablespoons of cranberry juice
Preparation:
• Fill a bowl with enough syrup and cover only the bottom of the bowl.
• Place the crushed cookies in another dish.
• Dip a Martini glass on the syrup dish and then on the biscuit dish, until the whole edge is covered with the mixture.
• In a shaker, place the raspberries and mash them. Then, add the syrup of the mint infusion.
• Add the vodka and the blueberries in the shaker.

• Finally, strain the cocktail before serving it in the Martini glass.
