VERTICAL SYSTEM
A small cube for high-performance applications! The unique shape of the dice-shaped ice cube allows for excellent contact with the beverage, making this type of ice cube ideal for high-performance cooling applications in beverage chilling.
These diced ice cubes are frozen in a vertical evaporator. The ice can be made quickly and is therefore ideal for outlets that need high volumes of ice such as fast-food restaurants. The equipment is characterized by small dimensions, allowing for an improved ratio between production and surface area used. However, dice-shaped ice cubes are commonly used in the hospitality sector.
The dice-shaped cubes are available in two sizes to meet your specific needs. Water is sprayed onto the surface of the vertical evaporator grid so that each cube forms in a grid cell.
This is the most cost-effective system when cube volume becomes a fundamental issue.
