White Lady Cocktail.

The White Lady or White Lady cocktail, is a cocktail full of mysteries and curiosities.

The recipe can be very varied, although what is clear is that it should be taken before meals because of its sweet taste.

Its name may vary depending on where you take it: White Lady, Delilah, Lillian Forever or Chelsea-Sidecar. It’s not clear when, who, or why it was created, although there is a different version: some say that its creator comes from Paris and others from London. The important thing is not where it comes from, but how good it is 😉

The history of the name has also become a public topic. It is believed that the white lady or the woman dressed in white refers to the woman on the curve, or the white lady of the Huntly Castle in Scotland.

Ingredients:

• Ice Tech FD / HD Ice
• 30 ml of Gin.
• 15 ml of Cointreau.
• 15 ml of lemon juice

In addition to these ingredients, others are sometimes added as egg white, sugar or white mint cream.

In order to make it you simply need to pour the Ice Tech ice (always abundant ;)), the Gin, the Cointreau, the lemon juice in the shaker and shake it well. After this, strain it into a wine glass or a normal glass and serve it cool. In order to decorate it, you can use grenadine and sugar.
